Purpose: The purpose of this assignment was to use video technology and health literacy principles.
Why I included this work sample: Looking back I would make improvements to the video content, but I am still proud of this project as it was my first time creating and editing a video.
What I learned from this project: A video needs to be short and fun to keep the attention of the audience, and health literacy principles are key to use so that the audience can easily understand what is being done and said.
